Choclate and Cheese, released in 1994 (just two years after Pure Guava), was the first ween album to be recoreded in a professional studio. Because of this, the songs sound far more refined and not as Brown. In my opiniom, this was the peak of ween as a band creatively and in their sound. Wikipedia lists its genres as "circus music, country, folk rock, funk metal, industrial music, jazz, Latin music, lounge music, noise rock, psychedelia, soft rock and synth-pop." Talk about range, huh. I think the reason this album is so great is that Aaron (Gener) really had a lot of room to express creativity in his songwriting, as he is credited on every song.
